Cross-overs with KoreBands™
- Attach the KoreBands™ to the ends of each ballast.
- Stand on the KoreFit® with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
- Slightly bend your knees and tighten your abdominals.
- Grasp handles with your opposite hand facing your thighs at the front of your body.
- Make sure you stand with equal weight on each ballast.
- Raise both arms until your elbows are level with your shoulders.
- Maintain equal balance through the motion.
- Extend your arms until they are straight.
